Tricia Steege, M. Ed, Founder and Principal
Tricia is a graduate degreed organizational development practitioner whose work has ranged from individual coaching to large-scale organizational change efforts for clients such as AstraZeneca, CIGNA, Unisys, Centocor and Lockheed Martin. She has always been fascinated by people. It was during a joyful afternoon of scrap booking in 2000 when she recognized the marriage between her career and her hobby. It dawned on her that like families, organizations have stories that significantly influence how they operate in the present and for the future. It was at this moment that she decided to begin incorporating storytelling and memory work into her consulting engagements. Building on this foundation, her work has expanded into other products and services in which she employs her creativity skills and support her personal mission statement of being a positive influence on others and to help them achieve their most effective self. She is active in her community and continues towards her goal of life long learning by serving in leadership capacities for in professional and community based organizations. She has served as adjunct faculty of Temple University and Penn State University, has published several articles with McGraw Hill and is frequently asked to speak at meetings and conferences. You can also earn more about her consulting practice, Transformation Strategies at www.transformstrat.com.
